La prise en charge post opératoire des traumatismes de la main avec des lésions
neurovasculaires associées demeure un sujet controversé. La mobilisation active immédiate en
post opératoire est-elle bénéfique ou au contraire délétère dans les suites opératoires des
traumatismes de la main avec lésions neurovasculaires associées.
Le but de notre étude est d’apprécié les résultats cliniques mais aussi d’évaluer l’intérêt éventuel
et les risques potentiels de la mobilisation active immédiate en post opératoire chez les patients
présentant des traumatismes de la main avec des lésions neurovasculaires associées.
